Creating appointments

Chronographer provides three ways to create appointments:  1 by dragging them from the Tasks window; 2 by typing them directly into a schedule or to-do list; or 3 by dragging a file onto a schedule or to-do list.

Dragging tasks should be used for appointments which you want to keep track of how much time has been spent on them.
Typing may be used for miscellaneous or mundane appointments, when it's more convenient to type them directly into a schedule instead of creating a task for them.  However, appointments creating by typing are not included in time summaries or time reports.
Dragging files can be used if the task you're working on directly involves files, and you don't need to keep track of the time spent of the task.
