Creating appointments
Chronographer provides three ways to create appointments: 1 by dragging them from the Tasks window; 2 by typing them directly into a schedule or to-do list; or 3 by dragging a file onto a schedule or to-do list.

Dragging tasks should be used for appointments which you want to keep track of how much time has been spent on them. |

Typing may be used for miscellaneous or mundane appointments, when it's more convenient to type them directly into a schedule instead of creating a task for them. However, appointments creating by typing are not included in time summaries or time reports. |

Dragging files can be used if the task you're working on directly involves files, and you don't need to keep track of the time spent of the task. |
