Selecting appointments

After you've created an appointment on a day or week schedule or a to-do list, you can select it by clicking on it.  Selecting an appointment enables you to copy, cut, or delete it.  Once an appointment is selected, you can use the arrow keys to select the next or previous appointment, use the delete key to delete it, and use the return key to select the its goal in the Roles & Goals window and its task in the Tasks window.

Multiple appointments can be selected though one of three ways:

Holding down the Alternate key while clicking on an item selects all the items between the first-selected item and the clicked-on item.
Holding down the Shift key while clicking on an item adds that item to the selection if it was not selected and removes that item from the selection if it was already selected.
Holding down the Command key before dragging will cause the items dragged over to be selected.  If you press the Command key after you begin dragging, it will have no effect, and the item will be dragged instead of a selection being made. Similarly, alt-dragging and shift-dragging start a drag, not a selection.

Note that in this version of Chronographer, selections in the week view are limited to appointments within the same day.  If you wish to operate on several appointments in different days, you'll have to select the appointments in each day, and perform the operation once for each day.
