Double-click action. This box determines what will occur when an
appointment or to-do item is double clicked. The first two options will
automatically open the Inspector panel and the Roles & Goals and Tasks windows.
If the appointment or to-do item isn't attached to the Roles & Goals hierarchy, no
windows will be opened. |
|

The third option, Open File, if selected, will cause the default file in the
appointment's file list to be opened when the
appointment is double-clicked. If the appointment has no files associated with it,
double-clicking will open the default file associated with the first parent that has any
files in its file list. |

 |
The fourth option, Edit Item, controls how items are edited. If it is
selected, double-clicking will begin editing of the item. If it is not selected,

colors are drawn when a schedule is printed . If this box is not checked, a white background will be used

a way that makes the text hard to read. |

Auto bump undone to-do items. This checkbox, if checked, causes undone
to-do items to automatically be moved to the current day's to-do list when Chronographer
is launched or once a day, half way between your Last Hour and First Hour,
if you stay logged in all the time. |
|
 |
Delete completed to-do items. This checkbox, if checked, causes completed
to-do items to automatically be deleted when Chronographer is launched or once a day, if
you stay logged in all the time. Only the to-do items are deleted, not the tasks
they belong to. Also note that completed appointments in schedules are not deleted
-- only those in to-do lists. |
