Associating files with appointments

A list of files can be associated with an appointment.  The list can be viewed in the Inspector panel's Files display:

The files are listed in the middle, with the default file marked by a blue dot.  The selected file's name and icon are displayed at the top.  The bottom features four buttons for manipulating the file list:

The Add button brings up an open panel with which you can select one or more files to add to the list.
The Remove button removes the selected file or files from the list (but not from the file system).
The Default button marks the selected file as the default file. The default file is the one that is opened when the associated appointment is double-clicked if a preference is set.  Only one file can be the default file.
The Open button opens the selected file or files.  Files can also be opened by double-clicking on their name or icon.

Files can also be added to the list by dragging them onto the icon well or onto an appointment or to-do item.  Files can also be dragged onto an open portion of a schedule or to-do list.
