Agenda

The Agenda menu contains the commands needed to create new items in the roles, goals, and task hierarchy.  It also provides a command for copying an item's color to all its children and a submenu for bumping undone appointments and to-do items.

The Agenda menu contains the following commands:

New Role  Creates a new role in the Roles & Goals browser, bringing the Roles & Goals window to the screen, if it isn't already open.  For more information, see the section titled Creating Roles.
New Goal  Creates a new goal in the currently selected column in the Roles & Goals browser.  This option is enabled only if a role or goal is selected in the browser.  For more information, see the section titled Creating Goals.
New Subgoal   Creates a new goal that is a child of the currently selected goal.  This option is enabled only if a goal is currently selected in the Roles & Goals browser.  For more information, see the section titled Creating Goals.
New Task  Creates a new task for the currently selected goal. The option is enabled only if a goal or task is selected.  For more information, see the section titled Creating Tasks.
Complete/Uncomplete  Marks items as completed if they were uncompleted or as uncompleted if they were completed.  This command is equivalent to clicking on the Completed checkmark in the Attributes inspector.
Save  Saves your work, including all roles, goals, tasks, and appointments.  You don't need to ever use this command, since Chronographer automatically saves your work for you. However, if you wish to explicitly save your work, you may do so with this command.  This menu item is enabled only when your work needs to be saved.
Load All  Loads all appointments.  This doesn't normally need to be done, but it's useful for correcting the effects of a bug which appears to cause the appointment count info to become incorrect.  Loading all appointments automatically causes a recount to be done.  The appointment count is used mainly by the Task Report to determine which appointments have been scheduled and which haven't.  This menu item is enabled only when all appointments haven't been loaded.
Copy color  Copies the currently selected item's color to all of its children and all of their children.  In other words, it makes the color of the children the same as the item's color.  This is useful when you change a goal's color and want its subgoals and tasks to all have the new color too.  This option is enabled only if a role or goal is selected in the Roles & Goals browser.
Bump to  A submenu for bumping undone appointments and to-do items.  For more information, see the section titled Bump To.
